EXPERIENCE

For the past 6 years, FSCDC has engaged in the redevelopment of residential properties located on in our service area comprised of the boundaries of 71st Street, Interstate 80, Indiana border and Cicero avenues. Our primary development efforts have been focused within the West Pullman and Roseland communities. During this time, we have acquired, rehabbed and sold 7 properties in these communities. Three of these projects are highlighted below.

Project 1: 11618 S. Ada, Chicago, Illinois

Work completed: Complete gut and renovation, including but not limited to electrical, plumbing,

HVAC, carpentry, flooring, and roofing.

Project timeline: Completed in 4 months, on time
